2010.. New Year:)

1. Health & Fitness
Keep up with gym
See personal trainer every six weeks
Go to a dietician
Follow what the dietician
Become not aneamic
Do 5-6 hours of excercice a week
Go to gym three times a week
Join a hockey team
Swim once a week
Have body fat percentage of 30%
Start spinning
Swim once a week
Walk once a week

2. Become organised
Organise entire bedroom (Wardrobe, make-up etc )
Organise school bag
Organise my head space :P
Organise my computer
Write a to-do list every so often and update it.

3. Beauty and all that jazz
Finish orthadontics course
Do some modelling
Be beautiful
Be fasionable
Learn how to do ghd curls
Sort out my hairstyles
Learn how to apply different make-up looks
Get my make-up done by a profesional

4. Financial
Get a job
Do some modelling
Get more interested in my financial portfolio
Save money for a rainy day
Invest half of earned money

5. Creative
Take more pictures of family, friends and events in my life.
Paint/Draw a picture and hang it up in my room
Cook more inventively and find new exciting dishes with foreign exotic ingrediants.

Improve my french & so I can go to france and speak it:)

July Goals

Half way through the year already! Cannot believe it.

#One:Eat healthier
Learn to tackle ravenous hunger felt after a good session of swimming.
Have check-up at doctor
Have check-up at dentist
Keep a food journal for the month recording every morsel that passes my lips
Review food journal notes and see is there any food that I can cut out
Get into the habit of eating dinner at dinner time!
Stop eating after 7pm
Try to increase my intake of fruit by adding banana to breakfast cereal, have an apple after swimming, have lettuce with lunch and have veggies with dinner.
Drink 3 litres of water daily ( as I am swimming I need a lot. Getting so dehydrated)
Eat at the TABLE! Dont chew the cud infront of the fridge.
#Two:Get fit
Do 2000 minutes of excersice (240/2000)
Workout everyday
Play squash
Swim 2.5kmin one session-done
Walk 100 km (4/100)
Swim 50km (4/50)
#Three:Have good manners
Stop swearing so much
Listen and Learn
Watch my “Good manners coach”
#Four:Have friends
See Miss E and L

Weigh 88kg

If tooth doesnt whiten put on that whitening stuff on it (Bloody Coffee!!)

Take twenty pictures pictures depicting some part of my life

Read the Hobbit
Go to cinema
Draw/Paint something
Donate 100 grains of rice (0/100)
Bake a cake

Do something nice for someone every day ( opening door, doing the laundry without being asked, making a cuppa) (0/7)

This is so difficult. After swimming I am ravenous. I am always so hungry. Is it swimming or being a newbie veggie.
I am cracking up because I am gaining weight. Started a food diary to record food I eat. Also figured out the reason I eat when I dont need to is because I was really hungry and think I deserve to overload my body or I am bored.

Summary

Goal One: Be a size 12
Have dropped 10cms checked on the 25th and had lost 9cms. So this goal was only partially finished
Goal Two: Be open to new friendships while cherishing old ones

Goal Three: Become a well rounded athlete
Swim 80 laps stoping every 10 laps Done
Start squash Did not even walk into a court
Goal Four: Evolve into a domestic goddess
Spring clean the house ( maybe give the study a skip this month) Cleaned most of the house, have only the study and th ekitchen to do now
Cook two healthy meals ( One in the bag with vegetarien lazagne)Done with lasagne and couscous with peppers
Goal Five: Become a real goddess:)
Go to orthodontist Done and got braces off, now just have to have other things fitted
Buy gradual tan
Work on improving my skin
Have a hair mask
Goal Six: Be a happy person
Research what happiness is Happiness can be many things but the most important thing it seems is being loved by people. Having friends and family. Feeling needed and wanted
Goal Seven: Have a passion for learning
Find online french course Done
Practise French Did about an hour of work
Goal Eight: Have money
Distribute babysitting leaflets
Goal nine: Be polite and mannerly
Apply mindgym relationships book Has to go back to the library tommorow unfortantly. But am getting it out again sometime

Good month overall. Very happy with improvements some areas didnt improve at all

I love music. Its amazing therapy.

One day at a time

Today has been good so far. Just taking one good day at a time. Resisted an ice-cream because today is a good day:)
